I use a combination of meditation & mindfulness techniques to establish a tranquil setting that facilitates a way to find the calm within. Through this approach, I aim to support individuals in finding creative ways to practically integrate techniques into their daily lives to help them sustain a regular practice. Additionally, I specialize in offering personalized meditation classes tailored to individual needs and can provide introductory programs designed to cultivate a positive foundation for meditation and mindfulness practices.
